Architectural study and supervision of the renovation of a 2-floor detached house. The aforesaid residence was built in 1990 and was redesigned based on the needs of the new owners and the contemporary way of living. The changes in the layout of the dining room, the living room, the kitchen and the bedroom, as well as the full renovation of the bathrooms and the façade modifications,were the main causes that prompted the redesigning.
All the above-mentioned changes resulted in the need to redesign all the lighting, electrical and mechanical installations from scratch. New floor and wall finishing materials were used in order to complete the contemporary design of this new residence that meets the everyday needs of a family.
